Absence Procedures
We view good attendance and punctuality as vitally important for the learning and well being of children. Children who attend pre-school regularly, arrive and are collected on time are more secure and better able to engage with the learning environment.
Please let us know via telephone or email if your child will be absent from Earlybirds by 9.30am on the first day of absence and please update us if their absence is prolonged. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or alternative times for sessions missed due to illness or other reasons.
We ask for all non-urgent medical appointments be made outside of setting times.
